Grady has been an active participant, leader and innovator in technology, philanthropy and sports. Grady, his wife Amy and their children live in the San Francisco Bay Area where they are active members of the community. Grady has spent the majority of his career at the intersection of media and technology in the digital advertising world. Most recently Grady served as President & COO of HackerRank. Prior to this role, Grady served as the COO of Flurry, which was sold to Yahoo. Before that, Grady was the Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook, where he was responsible for global sales, account management and customer service for Facebook. Earlier, Grady served as the Director of Online Sales and Operations for Google’s AdWords team in North America and prior to that served as the Vice President of Agency Sales for DoubleClick. Grady cofounded Bow Capital with a mission to leverage his experience and network to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals. In addition to his career in advertising and management, Grady was a professional tennis player for 3 years. He serves on the Board of East Palo Alto Tennis & Tutoring (EPATT), Phillips Brooks School and Kenshoo, Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
