Read the official campaign book on the day of the event
You will have 24 hours to read the campaign book with as many people as possible! Whether you choose to read at home, join up with local school or library, or host an event in your community, the choice is yours.

Report your participation
After you read, let us know the total number of children and adults that you read with (including yourself) on the big day! Last year, over 2.3 million adults and children participated in Jumpstart’s Read for the Record and we hope to break that record again in 2017!

Together, we can help all children build the key language and literacy skills they need to take on the world.
