Jumpstart’s CEO Naila Bolus, has taken the CEO Action For Diversity & Inclusion Pledge and formally committed to:
- Cultivating a trusting workplace that can have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations.
- Expanding unconscious bias education at Jumpstart.
- Sharing best—and unsuccessful—practices with the community of 1,600 other CEOs who have signed this pledge.
- Creating and sharing strategic inclusion and diversity plans with Jumpstart’s board of directors.
Jumpstart views these pledges as critical to achieving our mission. Jumpstart recognizes the progress we have made in all these areas as well as the work that still needs to be done.
