Is teaching for you? “Exploring Teaching,” an hour and a half long webinar, will provide members and alumni with an overview of the various pathways into teaching; from questions and reflective tools to figuring out if teaching is for you, understanding the various credentialing and teacher preparation programs, to strategies for understanding your strengths and area of focus (grade-level, subject, school culture, etc.). This webinar is a teacher pathway 101!
This webinar will be presented by The Coalition for Diverse Educators (C4DE), a network of leaders from school districts, charter networks, nonprofits and community-based organizations dedicated to increasing, empowering, and developing a strong pipeline of future educators of color in urban education. In collaboration with Jumpstart, The Coalition for Diverse Educators is providing this resource to all Jumpstart members and alumni who wish to attend.
