Jumpstart CEO Named Moneyball All-Star

November 29, 2017 (BOSTON) — Earlier this month, Jumpstart President and CEO Naila Bolus was named to the Moneyball for Government All-Stars list for her leadership of Jumpstart’s evidence-based programming, working to see every child enter kindergarten prepared to succeed.

Founded in 2014, Results for America is an advocacy organization focused on evidence-based policy that impacts children and families. Results for America developed the concept of Moneyball for Government, an idea that all policy decisions should come from a basis of data and evidence, and that every dollar should be spent on the greatest possible impact. Results for America’s Moneyball for Government movement includes not only current and former government officials, but nonprofit leaders as well. Government officials and nonprofit leaders committed to the Moneyball for Government principles, which include directing public funding toward programs that will meet measurable achievements, are added to the All-Star team in recognition of their adherence to standards of evidence-based programming.

Jumpstart is honored to have Naila featured among other nonprofits and bipartisan leaders who believe in improving the “outcomes for children, their families and communities across the country.”
