NYC Fall Luncheon – Uncovering Character: What Lies Beneath

On Tuesday, November 15th, over 150 supporters gathered at the Bryant Park Grill for the 3rd annual NYC Fall Luncheon. Despite the torrential rain, everyone came together through rain, wind, and slippery sidewalks, underneath the venue’s clear roof. Authors Kate Betts, Susan Fales-Hill, Anna Solomon, and Sylvia True, helped us uncover what lies beneath the characters and stories captured in their fiction and nonfiction works in a lively discussion moderated by CBS News’ correspondent, Reena Ninan.

Thank you to our Writers Panel, moderator Reena Ninan, our sponsors and supporters for helping us raise over $100,000 to give all children the opportunity to succeed. We look forward to celebrating with you again next year!
