Meredith Hamilton

VP of Strategic Advancement

Meredith Hamilton, Vice President, Strategic Advancement, oversees Jumpstart’s organizational strategy, including planning, growth, and national development for foundations and individuals.

Meredith joined Jumpstart in 2009 as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and then led the creation of the Organizational Planning and Analysis department before moving into her current role. Before joining Jumpstart, Meredith completed a year-long fellowship with Citizen Schools, a summer internship at Teach For America, and worked on development, communication and strategy at The Guidance Center, a nonprofit organization serving children and families in Cambridge and Somerville, MA.

Meredith holds a bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from Wesleyan University and a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School.
