Joy Errico Seusing

VP of External Relations

Joy Errico Seusing, Vice President, External Relations joined Jumpstart in 2011. In this capacity, she oversees marketing, communications, media relations, campaigns, events, and corporate development and partnerships. Previous to joining Jumpstart, Joy was a part of the Jumpstart family as a member of the Northeast Advisory Board.

Joy spent over ten years at Staples, Inc., where she most recently served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In this capacity, she was a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and maintained oversight of Staples’ global diversity strategy and programs. Previous to this role, Joy served as Director of Community Relations at Staples, in which she was responsible for the company’s philanthropic initiatives including cause marketing, corporate giving, employee community engagement, public relations and various external visibility programs. In this role, Joy also founded and directed Staples Foundation for Learning, Staples’ charitable arm that funds programs that provide job training and educational opportunities for youth living in low-income communities.

Joy was also a co-creator of “Staples Soul”, Staples’ corporate social responsibility platform. Previous to her tenure at Staples, Joy worked at the Massachusetts Chapter of the March of Dimes as a Division Director. Joy graduated from Stonehill College with a B.A. in English and lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two young children.
